Register your Stork Keepsake here and receive your Online Certificate Keepsake within one week.

Be sure to include a photo of your Stork at the time of Registration.
You can also send your Baby’s photo (optional) which would also be on your registered certificate.

Please register only when your Stork has been received. If the Stork is a gift, have the parent or guardian register it.
